Hugh has vast mortgage broking experience and was previously a director at one of London’s premier mortgage brokers. He specialises in investors looking for portfolio lending and has many excellent contacts at private banks and institutions for high net worth clients looking for larger loans.

Ian has 5 years industry experience and has considerable expertise within the Private Banking as well as the Currency and Offshore Mortgage arena’s. He worked at Alexander Hall for a 4 year period as an Associate Director and Sales Manager, supervising and developing a team of 12 Brokers. He now looks after the Personnel and Recruitment areas of Enness and also with the other Partners continues to develop the company further by forming strategic alliances with a variety of Business Partners.

Grant has been working in the industry for 8 years. He worked within a number of major banks before moving into an advice role within a chain of estate agents. Prior to joining Enness Capital LLP he worked as a team manager for one of London’s largest brokers for 3 years. His experience, passion for property and attention to detail enables him to offer a holistic and informed view of the financial markets and provide expert advice

Charlie Jarvis has worked in the mortgage industry for 7 years, previously working for London's largest broker firm where she progressed quickly to Associate Director and then onto Sales Manager when she mentored and supported a large team of brokers covering South West London. Her goal as a residential mortgage broker is to help her clients finance their property in the most cost effective way possible while offering expert protection advice. She is skilled at determining solutions for an array of problems and explains complex financing concepts and products in a way the client can digest.

Caroline has significant experience of the mortgage industry gained from senior positions within lenders, packagers and mortgage broker firms alike. She is responsible for Enness’s administration department which ensures all transactions are processed from application to completion as quickly and efficiently as possible – this is one of the reasons our clients always come back to us and tirelessly refer friends and family.
