One of the key requirements was to integrate a facility to allow users to search the database of properties the agent had available. The agent also needed to be able to log in to an admin section to manage properties displayed on the website, adding, removing, and editing properties. Other requested features included a Google Maps plug-in and property search engine to allow users to quickly find relevant properties.
